  2. Really? Bananas are starch and everyone knows atarch turns ro sugar and sufar turns to fat! The only way to lose weight is a low carb low starch high protein eating way of life. Perhaps you need to do some more research before you steer people in the wrong direction. Plus it raises your vlood sugar then your body produces more insulin and this is bad especially for those with or or diabetes
